The management team has a related team who will purchase from local stores and markets, selecting fresh fish and imported meats along with tasty baked goods.
Local, exotic fruits compliment every taste. Guests are encouraged to order their meals in a family style method (many shared dishes for the table) and all allergies and cultural food needs will be accommodated. It should be underlined that the villa cannot accommodate restaurant style ordering (different food item for every guest) but that in no way detracts from quality or enjoyment of the food.
